CCF Family of Brands in Wichita Falls, TX seeks a General Manager (Bilingual) to lead daily operations, drive revenue, ensure compliance, manage staff, and sustain a high level of customer service that builds enduring brand loyalty. You’ll recruit, train, and coach team members while optimizing schedules and store performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years in a supervisory/leadership role in retail/finance/service.
• Strong communication and people-management skills.
• Able to operate POS and Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus for certain locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead store performance to meet/exceed standards.
• Coach and develop team; drive new business and store growth.
• Identify local marketing opportunities and partnerships.
• Process loan/pawn applications and assess risk within limits.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and audits.
• Oversee cash management, security, and loss prevention.
