CCF Family of Brands is seeking a bilingual General Manager (GM) in Round Rock, TX. You will lead daily store operations, coach the team, manage compliance, and drive revenue while delivering world-class service.

You’ll receive hands-on coaching, executive exposure, and development programs to support your growth and earnings potential. A full-time, in-person role with a base hourly rate and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years’ supervisory or leadership experience in retail, finance, service, or related industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall store performance to meet or exceed standards.
• Coach, lead, and develop team to grow business and revenue.
• Identify local marketing opportunities and participate in community events.
