Qualifications

• 2+ years restaurant management experience.
• 2+ years managing operations with annual sales volume of $1M+.
• 2+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements.
• Ability to complete pre-employment drug screen and background check; DOT may be required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen with food safety adherence.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory, and food prep.
• Assist the GM with task execution, safety, schedule, cash integrity, and reporting.
• Train and develop staff to prepare and package orders and maximize service.
• Understand financial reporting, including profit and loss, to drive improvements.
• Address customer feedback to improve the dining experience.
