Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead, coach, develop, and motivate teams to achieve business goals.
• Strong business acumen with sound decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads, coaches, and inspires associates to create a sales-focused, customer-service culture.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
• Manage performance, talent development, and recognition across the store.
• Increase sales and profitability and plan staffing using labor models.
• Oversee merchandising, operations, and adherence to store standards and schedules.
