Gap Inc. is seeking a General Manager to lead a store team and execute a profitable business plan aligned with the brand vision. You will drive sales growth across Customer Operations, Merchandising, Product Operations, and talent development to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

You will coach and develop staff, manage the store budget, forecast demand, and ensure adherence to SOPs while maintaining an inclusive, community-focused environment that represents the brand and its values.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail experience leading others.
• College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsabilités

• Analyzes results, identifies opportunities and makes decisions with leadership to drive KPIs.
• Forecasts and schedules to drive profitable sales.
• Manages store budget for daily operations in support of the P&L.
• Builds productive teams through sourcing, selecting and developing people.
• Coaches and provides feedback to improve performance.
• Leads SOPs and initiatives to standardize operations.
• Creates an inclusive environment and promotes community involvement.
• Delivers a frictionless customer experience leveraging OMNI.
