Gap is seeking a General Manager to lead store teams toward delivering a profitable business plan and achieving key metrics. You will align brand vision with store execution, oversee Customer Operations, Merchandising, Product Operations and talent development to drive sustainable growth and exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail experience leading others.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• College degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes results, identifies opportunities and collaborates with leadership to drive KPIs.
• Drive profitable sales through forecasting and scheduling.
• Manage store budget for daily operations in support of the P&L.
• Builds productive teams through sourcing, selecting and developing people.
• Coaches the team to deliver best-in-class customer experience.
• Leads the implementation of SOPs and initiatives.
• Creates an inclusive environment and promotes community involvement.
• Leverages OMNI to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
