Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders accurately into the company system.
• Process customer payments and apply to accounts.
• Handle cash and other payments per policy.
• Prepare daily deposits and run daily reports.
• Answer calls and respond to questions professionally.
• Schedule deliveries and maintain open orders.
• Support showroom operations and assist the Office Manager.
