Job summary

Biltmore Workforce Management is seeking a Retail Fulfillment Lead Associate to support day-to-day operations in the Retail Warehouse. The role covers receiving, processing, picking, and delivering product in company vehicles, while ensuring world-class guest service.

The position requires strong attention to detail, good time management, and effective communication with teams. Schedule typically runs 6:00 am to 2:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with a 32+ hour work week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or GED) required and at least six months of related retail experience.
• Strong math skills are a plus.
• Ability to operate a forklift and obtain certification.
• Knowledge of warehouse, retail and/or inventory procedures preferred.
• Good judgment, initiative, and problem solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently on repetitive tasks.

Job DescriptionThe pay range for this position starts at $18.62/hr and is based on the level of relevant experience and qualifications above the minimum requirements for the role.Full Time: a position working 32+ hours per week. The Lead Associate is trained to work in all areas of the warehouse, including receiving, processing, picking, and delivery of product in company vehicles. The Lead Associate also provides general support and assistance to the department, leadership, and company.Essential Job Duties:1. Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time (up to 8 hours/day); comfortable reaching overhead/down below, kneeling, crouching, stooping/bending. 3. Must be able to climb stairs/ladders.4. Able to work indoors/outdoors in a warehouse setting with fluctuations in temperature and conditions; may be exposed to dirt, dust, and other particulates.5.
