Job summary

TJX Companies’ Sierra Store in Riverdale UT is seeking a Frontline Leader to deliver a highly-satisfied customer experience and to train Associates in frontline operations, including register transactions, policy adherence, and teamwork.

You will help promote customer loyalty, coordinate breaks, and maintain merchandising and cash controls while supporting a safe, welcoming store environment. Strong communication and flexibility are essential.

Qualifications
