Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead the frontline to promote a highly-satisfied customer experience and loyalty.
• Train and mentor Associates on frontline policies and cashier procedures.
• Promote a culture where customers feel welcomed, valued, and engaged.
• Assist with register operations and money handling.
• Maintain merchandising, cleanliness, and loss-prevention policies on the frontline.
