Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. in Middleton, WI is seeking a Front End Leader to oversee a team of Associates at the front of the store, ensuring prompt, courteous service and promoting loyalty programs.

You will train and coach Associates, coordinate registers and breaks, handle customer concerns, and partner with management to drive a positive store experience while adhering to policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience
• Strong merchandising knowledge
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to train others and work with peers and supervisors

Responsibilities

• Oversees a team of Associates at front of store, ensuring prompt, courteous customer service and promotion of loyalty programs
• Assigns registers, supports and responds to POS coverage needs, and coordinates breaks for all Associates
• Addresses customer concerns promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience
• Ensures adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment
• Other duties as assigned
