Total Wine & More is seeking a Cashier/Front End role in a busy Texas location. You will greet customers, process transactions, and promote loyalty programs while ensuring accurate aging and safe handling of products. A flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is expected.

The position emphasizes customer service excellence, product knowledge in wine and spirits, and adherence to alcohol sale regulations within a team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Passion for best-in-class customer service.
• 1-3 years of work experience, retail preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification, payment handling, and bagging products.
• Deliver exceptional service and inform customers about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
