Training on wine, spirits, and beer is provided, with emphasis on accuracy, compliance, and customer satisfaction. This role supports both part-time and full-time schedules, requiring flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of work experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including ID verification and payment handling.
• Greet customers and promote loyalty programs, building relationships.
• Provide product knowledge through wine, spirits, and beer training.
• Maintain knowledge of ads, promotions, and store policies.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards and ensure compliant store environment.
