You will engage with shoppers, answer questions, and maintain store standards while following alcohol sale regulations. Training will cover wine, spirits, and beer products to enhance knowledge.

The role supports part-time or full-time schedules, with emphasis on evenings and weekends. A positive, customer-first attitude is essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Passion for best-in-class customer service and team player mindset.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification and payment handling.
• Promote loyalty program and assist with bagging and customer inquiries.
• Greet customers and build relationships to inform about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Adhere to all laws and regulations related to alcohol sales and maintain a safe store environment.
