Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a seasonal or regular Front End Team Member to deliver fast, friendly service at the checkout. You will process transactions, answer questions, promote loyalty programs, and assist with stocking and product knowledge.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in retail, strong customer service skills, and can work evenings/weekends. This role supports store promotions and maintains clean, safe shop conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Passion for best-in-class customer service and team player mindset.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification and payment handling.
• Answer questions and promote the loyalty program to customers.
• Bag product and assist with packing while maintaining a fast, friendly checkout experience.
• Greet customers, build relationships, and inform them about products and services.
• Participate in product training to build knowledge of wine, spirits, and beer; support store promotions.
