Total Wine & More in Texas is seeking a friendly cashier to deliver fast, accurate service at the register and assist customers with questions about products. You will process transactions, verify IDs, promote the loyalty program, and ensure courteous, personalized help throughout the visit.

The role may also involve duties as a sales associate or merchandiser. Training on wine and beverage knowledge is provided, along with comprehensive benefits and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years of retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Passion for best-in-class customer service and team player mindset.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification, payment handling, promoting loyalty program, and bagging product.
• Deliver exceptional service and a personalized experience by greeting customers and informing about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Adhere to all laws related to alcohol sale and keep store safe and compliant.
