Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a customer-focused cashier to provide fast, friendly service at the front end of the store. You will process transactions, greet customers, and promote the loyalty program while maintaining store standards and product knowledge.

This role may also involve as a sales associate or merchandiser depending on needs. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in retail, familiarity with POS systems, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years of experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification and payment handling.
• Greet customers, engage to build relationships, and inform about products and services.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards and adhere to alcohol sale regulations.
• Promote loyalty program and provide a personalized shopping experience.
