Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail experience including operating front-end equipment.
• 6 months of customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist management with supervising associates in assigned area by assigning duties and providing direction.
• Train associates on processes and procedures and communicate goals and feedback.
• Support member service by addressing member needs and assisting with purchases.
• Oversee front-end operations including cash registers and self-checkout, ensuring policy compliance.
• Handle claims, returns, and maintain merchandising and store cleanliness.
