Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (e.g., cash register) AND 6 months customer service experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Assist management with supervision of associates, assigning duties and providing guidance on member service approaches
• Provide member service by acknowledging member needs and assisting with purchases and self-checkout
• Process memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, encourage renewals and participate in sales events
• Ensure compliance with company policies, maintain clean facilities, and assist with cash handling and deposits
