Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Full-Time Selling Floor Supervisor to lead store operations and drive results.

You'll work closely with Store Management in Merchandising, Customer Service, Operations, and HR, acting as Manager on Duty when needed. A strong leader will build teams and partnerships to deliver exceptional service and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or specialty retail.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales through training, developing, and coaching of direct reports.
• Promote safety and adhere to company guidelines.
• Recruit, interview, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning.
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedules.
