Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience within a retail/big box environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Coach and develop direct reports to maximize sales results.
• Promote safety and adhere to company guidelines for customers and associates.
• Foster a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Handle issues and make informed decisions to ensure exceptional service.
• Support Asset Protection strategies to reduce shortages.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Support community relations through company programs and partnerships.
• Monitor schedule adherence and meal/break periods.
