Job summary

Burlington Stores in Farmington Hills, MI is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Selling Floor Supervisor to join our store leadership team. You will supervise front-end operations, coach associates, and drive customer service excellence while partnering with management.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or specialty retail.
Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, engaging attitude.
Ability to work full-time including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Supervise all store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
Maximize sales through coaching and training of direct reports.
Promote safety and adhere to company guidelines for customers and staff.
Foster a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
Address issues, make informed decisions, and maintain exceptional customer service.
Support Asset Protection and minimize shrinkage.
Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
Participate in workload planning meetings and community relations.
