Burlington Stores in Rochester Hills, MI is hiring a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Full-Time Selling Floor Supervisor to join our store leadership team. You’ll supervise front-end operations, coach associates, and partner with management to drive sales and service.

The role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price or big-box environments, strong interpersonal skills, and flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Formación

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience within off-price, big box, or a specialty environment.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise all store functions and associates while in the role of Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales results through training, developing, and coaching of direct reports.
• Promote safety for both customers and associates by adhering to company guidelines.
• Cultivate a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Solve issues and supervise front-end operations to ensure exceptional customer service.
