Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise store functions and associates as Manager on Duty
• Train, develop, and coach team members to maximize sales
• Ensure safety and promote a diverse, collaborative culture
• Handle customer issues and supervise front-end operations for excellent service
• Implement Asset Protection strategies
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and workload planning
• Participate in community relations and monitor schedules

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in retail or a similar environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude
• Availability for full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift 40 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods
