Job summary

Burlington Stores in Rockford, IL is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor to join our store leadership team. You will supervise front-end operations, coach associates, and partner with management to drive sales while maintaining excellent customer service.

This role requires at least 1 year supervisory experience in off-price or big-box environments, ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and lift 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big-box, or specialty environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Ability to move/handle/lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales through training, development, and coaching of direct reports.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by following company guidelines.
• Foster a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard new associates; participate in workload planning.
