You will supervise front-end operations, coach associates, and partner with management in merchandising, service, and human resources to drive results. The role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price or big-box environments, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store front-end functions as Manager on Duty.
• Drive sales through coaching and training of associates.
• Promote safety and ensure compliance with company guidelines.
• Foster a diverse, collaborative culture and strong teamwork.
• Handle customer issues and resolve conflicts professionally.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new staff.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Support community relations programs and partnerships.
