Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor/Shopping Floor Supervisor to lead front-end operations with the store management team. You’ll oversee merchandising, customer service, operations, and HR functions while driving sales and teamwork.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a big-box or off-price setting, strong people skills, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or specialty environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Coach and develop direct reports to maximize sales results.
• Promote safety and ensure exceptional customer service at all times.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Coordinate workload planning and drive community relations initiatives.
