Burlington Stores, Inc. Bettendorf, IA is hiring a full-time Retail Front End Supervisor (Customer Service Supervisor or Selling Floor Supervisor) to join our store leadership team.

You will supervise store operations, coach associates, and help maximize sales while delivering exceptional customer service. Requirements include at least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price or big-box retail, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work a full-time schedule including nights,

Qualifications

• 1 year supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or specialty retail.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work full-time including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to move/lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales through training, development, and coaching of direct reports.
• Promote safety and ensure exceptional customer service at all times.
• Lead a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Coordinate workload planning and drive community relations.
