Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to help create a welcoming shopping experience. You will support daily store operations, assist customers, stock merchandise, and handle front-end duties as needed.

This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and strong customer service. You may lift up to 50 lbs, work in a fast-paced retail environment, and contribute to clean, organized store conditions while processing sales at the register.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store is highly preferred.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsabilités

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight safely.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Cleaning and restocking bathrooms and sweeping/mopping floors.
• Maintaining a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and associates.
• Managing sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintaining security of cash and protecting company assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
