Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations, from merchandising to assisting customers. The role emphasizes a clean, welcoming environment and cross-training to cover cash register duties as needed.

You will be expected to maintain professional interactions, handle transactions, and assist with stock, merchandising, and store upkeep. A respectful, safe environment and strong customer relations are central to this role.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting is required.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight in a safe manner according to productivity standards.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Assisting with cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, trash, and general presentation.
• Maintaining a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Managing sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintaining security of cash and protecting company assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
