Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Strong merchandising understanding and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to train and coach Associates on front-end processes.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience at the front of store.
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs.
• Assign registers, coordinate breaks, and ensure proper POS coverage.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain store cleanliness.
• Support and participate in safety, policies, and store goals.
