Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1-2 years retail management experience with a mid to large size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays as needed.
• Must have a valid Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Team Leader with payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and related reports to meet financial and operational goals.
• Demonstrates Ollie’s customer service behaviors and ensures standards are met in every interaction.
• Ensure store standards and company programs meet operational expectations.
• Maintain front-end, entrance, and exterior areas in good condition.
• Provide daily tasks to Associates and monitor productivity.
• Perform Team Leader functions to open/close the store when needed.
• Assist with hiring, interviewing, and onboarding to ensure staffing needs are met.
• Complete any additional duties as assigned.
