Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet is seeking a Retail Front End Team Leader to drive the front-end operations and deliver a positive customer experience. You will build and lead a sales team passionate about selling merchandise and supporting store standards.

You will manage associate development, payroll budgeting, safety programs, hiring, and daily scheduling while maintaining discount programs and pricing accuracy. This role is based at our Indiana location and requires flexibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory experience at a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-end operations, entrances, and exterior standards while maintaining customer service.
• Lead a sales team focused on merchandise and customer experience.
• Assist with payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, and related reporting.
• Provide leadership on donation programs and Ollie’s Army sign-up.
• Lead monthly safety meetings and ensure follow-up actions.
• Assist hiring, development, supervision, and scheduling of store associates.
• Support merchandising execution and pricing updates.
