Job summary

The role requires strong communication, basic accounting and budgeting acumen, and the ability to train staff while ensuring accurate transactions and high customer satisfaction in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and retail operations.
• Proficient with email and spreadsheets.
• Basic accounting, budgeting and financial analysis.
• Ability to delegate tasks and drive sales through suggestive selling.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Handle transactions including cash, checks, cards, refunds, and media sales per policy.
• Supervise front-end activities in the absence of the Customer Service Manager.
• Maintain knowledge of products, promotions, and coupons.
• Train team members, oversee staffing, scheduling, and productivity.
• Support guest experience and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
