RoShay Services is seeking a Lead Sales Associate to maintain a clean, organized store with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction. The role involves assisting customers, handling transactions, stocking products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

The ideal candidate will greet customers, provide superior service, and may take on managerial tasks in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. Experience in multi-role store environments is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers in finding merchandise and greeting customers.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions.
• Stock and rotate products; keep the store clean and organized.

• Unpack merchandise, build displays, and set up sidewalk displays.
• Support planograms and assist with opening/closing the store when needed.
