Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 0-2 years retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective leadership and team management abilities.
• Knowledge of retail operations and management systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily department operations in a retail store.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and storage to maintain product freshness and quality.
• Oversee receiving processes, verify order accuracy, quality, and condition.
• Supervise stocking, production, and product rotation, ensuring safety and spoilage guidelines.
• Maintain product knowledge and support sales initiatives, including promotions and rewards programs.
• Implement and communicate work plans, manage scheduling, labor, and payroll in collaboration with the department manager.
• Support staffing, training, performance management, and development of associates.
• Participate in meetings and uphold store cleanliness, safety, and food safety standards.
• Assist in achieving department goals and key performance indicators.
• Support safety, PPE, food safety, and guest experience protocols.
• Perform additional tasks as needed based on customer and store needs.
