Job summary

RoShay Services in Michigan requires a dedicated front-end supervisor to deliver exceptional customer service and oversee operations in the absence of the Customer Service Manager. You will handle transactions, returns, and ensure accurate product location knowledge and promotions.

The role includes training staff, managing staffing and productivity, handling damaged goods, and maintaining a safe, clean store environment while complying with PPE, safety, and guest experience standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in computer use.
• Strong reading, writing and interpretive skills.
• Ability to perform accounting and budgeting tasks.
• Detail-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at the store front.
• Supervise activities in the absence of the Customer Service Manager.
• Process transactions (cash, checks, credit/debit, EBT) and other payment forms.
• Manage return-to-stock items promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of product locations and current promotions.
• Train team members and supervise staffing and productivity.
• Handle spoiled or damaged products.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-stocked environment.
• Ensure PPE, safety, food safety and guest experience standards.
• Perform other duties across departments as needed.
