Job summary

RoShay Services is seeking a Lead Sales Associate to maintain a clean, organized store and focus on customer satisfaction. You will assist customers, operate the register, and ensure accurate transactions while promoting a welcoming shopping experience.

Responsibilities include stocking and rotating merchandise, building displays, maintaining planograms, cleaning the store, and supporting opening/closing procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Ability to operate a cash register.
• Experience stocking and merchandising.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized store and focus on customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers in locating and purchasing merchandise and operate the cash register.
• Stock and rotate merchandise, build displays, and ensure planograms are followed.
• Perform store cleaning duties including trash, dusting and mopping; set up sidewalk displays.
• Support opening/closing procedures and help in absence of Store/Assistant Manager activities.
