Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet in Wisconsin seeks a Retail Front End Team Leader to oversee store front-end operations and lead a sales team focused on excellent customer service. You will manage associates, scheduling, and loss prevention while ensuring a positive shopping experience.

The role requires leading payroll and budgeting efforts, coordinating donations programs, and conducting monthly safety meetings. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is needed in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude and team player.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-end, entrance, and exterior standards while driving productivity and customer service.
• Manage payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and reporting.
• Lead donation programs and Ollie's Army sign-ups.
• Lead monthly safety meetings and follow-up actions.
• Assist with hiring, development, supervision, and scheduling of associates.
• Support merchandising execution and pricing updates.
• Open and close the store; perform other assigned duties.
