Job summary

TJ Maxx in Honolulu, HI is seeking a frontline leader to promote an excellent customer experience and oversee a team of Associates at the front of the store, ensuring prompt, courteous service and loyalty-program promotion.

You will train and coach staff on front-end principles, manage registers, maintain safety and store standards, and collaborate with management to drive performance; the role requires 1 year retail and 6 months leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Strong merchandising knowledge and front-end operation experience.
• Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a busy store.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Willingness to train and mentor front-end associates.
• Experience leading a small team in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and lead front-of-store activities.
• Assign registers and coordinate POS coverage; assist with breaks.
