Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of retail cashier or retail supervisory experience.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong math skills for cash handling.
• Excellent communication skills to direct staff and assist customers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of front end operations and lead associates.
• Oversee cashier transactions and front-end processes including layaway and audits.
• Train new front end associates and monitor performance.
• Ensure accurate cash management, returns, exchanges, and price disputes.
• Maintain BOPIS process, store fulfillment, and customer pickups.
• Assist in loss prevention and provide professional customer service.
