Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores is seeking a friendly Customer Service Associate II to help with daily store operations, from merchandising to supporting customers. You’ll be cross-trained to run the cash register and assist with front-end duties as needed.

You’ll maintain a clean, welcoming shopping environment and interact professionally with customers and teammates. The role requires a high school diploma, retail experience, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or service experience in a customer-facing environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical duties regularly.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely.
• Merchandise and stock the store as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness in all areas, including bathrooms and floors.
• Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Handle sales transactions at the cash register and protect cash assets.
• Support front-end duties and cross-training as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
