Job summary

Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations, merchandising, and customer service.

You will be cross-trained to assist at the front end and cash register as needed, ensuring a clean, welcoming environment and professional interactions with customers and staff. Responsibilities include receiving merchandise, stocking, maintaining bathrooms, and processing transactions with integrity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must lift 30–50 lbs. and handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• High level of integrity.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations from merchandising to customer support.
• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely.
• Merchandise and stock shelves as needed.
• Maintain clean store including restrooms and floors.
• Handle sales transactions at the cash register.
• Protect cash and company assets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
