Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations, including merchandising, stocking, and assisting customers.

You will help maintain a clean, welcoming environment and cross-train to support the front-end and cash register as needed. You will work to ensure a positive, safe customer experience, handle sales transactions, and protect company assets while collaborating with leaders and other associates.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail or service experience highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.
• High level of integrity is required.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting is required.

Mansioni

• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely.
• Merchandise and stock as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and restock bathrooms, floors, trash areas, and overall presentation.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register and protect cash/assets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
