Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of work experience; 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification and payment handling.
• Answer inquiries and promote the loyalty program; bag merchandise.
• Greet customers and provide a personalized store experience.
• Build product knowledge through wine, spirits, and beer training.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with alcohol sale laws.
