Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Front End Team Member / Cashier to deliver fast, friendly service. You will process transactions, promote loyalty programs, and maintain store standards.

You may also serve as a sales associate or merchandiser as needed, with opportunities across part-time or full-time roles. You should have a high school diploma or equivalent, 1-3 years retail experience, and familiarity with POS systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Passion for best-in-class customer service and team player mindset.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years of experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification and payment handling.
• Answer inquiries and promote loyalty program.
• Bag products and ensure accurate bagging practices.
• Deliver exceptional service and a personalized experience for customers.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
