Total Wine & More is seeking a Front End Team Member to deliver fast, friendly service at the register and on the floor. The role may also function as a sales associate or merchandiser, with opportunities to learn about wine, spirits, and beer while supporting store operations.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including ID verification and loyalty-promotions.
• Greet customers, build relationships, and inform them about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, ads, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness and comply with alcohol sale laws.
