Job summary

Total Wine & More is hiring a Cashier front-end team member to provide fast, friendly service, process transactions, verify IDs, and promote loyalty programs. You will engage customers, answer questions, and help them find products in a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in retail preferred
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification and payment handling
• Deliver exceptional service and a personalized experience by greeting customers and informing about products
• Promote loyalty program and assist customers with questions
• Bag product and maintain store cleanliness and safety standards
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and store programs
• Complete cross-functional responsibilities as assigned
• Ensure compliance with laws related to sale of alcohol
