Job summary

Total Wine & More is hiring cashiers to join our store team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will handle transactions, verify IDs, answer questions, and promote loyalty programs while delivering friendly, personalized service.

Canditates should be 21+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Prior retail or beverage knowledge is a plus, and thorough training is provided to support product knowledge and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and retail environments.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory software.
• Ability to adapt to flexible schedules including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Answer customer questions and promote loyalty programs.
• Bag merchandise and assist customers with product knowledge.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness and compliance with alcohol laws.
• Handle other duties as assigned, including training and merchandising.
