Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a friendly Cashier/Sales Associate to deliver fast, accurate checkouts and helpful customer service. You may also assist as a merchandiser/stock associate and will report to store management.

Gain product knowledge through wine, spirits, and beer training while promoting loyalty programs and maintaining a safe, clean store. This role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends, with a pay range of $14.31–$20.03 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Passion for best-in-class customer service and team player mindset.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification and payment handling.
• Answer customer questions and promote loyalty programs.
• Bag merchandise and greet customers to deliver a personalized experience.
• Maintain knowledge of ads, promotions, and store policies; keep the store clean and safe.
